America is Not a Nation of Immigrants. That's Just a Bold Faced Lie

Orthographic map of Africa

It is clear that whenever a white person says that this is a nation of immigrants, he or she is either intentionally ignoring thirteen percent of the population including the former President’s wife or he or she is just flat out ignorant.

The ancestors of African-Americans did not immigrate to this country.

On the contrary, they were forcibly brought here in chains, in the most inhumane conditions imaginable, from such countries as Sierra Leone, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Ivory Coast, Liberia and Nigeria and then forced into slavery for over 300 years.
Are these individuals just ignorant of this nation’s history? Perhaps so. It also appears that, by their silence, the members of the so-called Congressional Black Caucus, as well as former President, Obama are equally as ignorant or appear to be so.
Is this chapter in this nation’s history so disgraceful that these white people would like to ignore it. Perhaps. But, I will not let such a statement go unaddressed.

Again, this is a nation of people some of whom immigrated here on their own free will and some of whom were brought here against their will and forced by white people into the most vicious and inhumane type of slavery that the world has ever seen.

Moreover, the people whose ancestors were brought here as slaves have ancestors who were here long before most white immigrants from Europe arrived to these shores.

Congressional Black Caucus Need to Meet with the President

In the view of most politicians, you don’t have to fool all the people all the time, just some of the time.

It appears that Black Americans are fooled by the Democrats all the time – – during election time, when they are in office, and after they get out of office.

Stupid Black Voting
It is the height of stupidity to give over 90% of your vote to a Democratic politician without giving the politician an agenda and holding the politician accountable. President Trump is continuing to be open to a meeting with the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) but they are continuing to reject him.

We need to question why are we paying these people $175,000 a year, over a million dollars for their staff and offices, and guaranteeing them a pension that pays them 75% of their salary upon their so-called retirement. These people are a joke and a disgrace.

Black unemployment continues to be double that of white unemployment; Black net worth is less than 10% of white net worth; Black youngsters drop out of high school at a rate of nearly 50% and those that do graduate are hardly prepared to do college work. What legislation have they proposed and gotten through Congress that addresses some of these problems? I can go on, but you get the point. These people need to stop being an embarrassment.

The Democratic Party take the Black vote for granted and the Republican Party ignores the Black vote. It is the most idiotic position for a people to be in. Both parties, Democrats and Republicans, need to be given an agenda and engaged. It is our tax money that is being spent by these politicians.

We must recognize situations where we are in the majority or when voting as a bloc can make a difference. This can happen in both local and national elections and must be done to bring about beneficial changes.

Voting for a Bi-Racial Politician
Our turn-out is often poor, except in the two elections of Obama who is called the first Black president. Here we were motivated to elect a bi-racial man born of a white woman and an African native, who then married an Indonesian man and lived in Indonesia for four years, Finally, he was, during his adolescent years, raised by his white grandparents in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Obama's Ignoring of Black Citizens
I defy you to show me anything in his experience from birth to becoming a young adult that approximates the experience of any Black man. This, along with being a long time member of the Chicago racist Democratic machine, helps to explain why he effectively ignored the plight of Black people in this country as well as the Congressional Black Caucus, even though it is equally useless to Black people.

It is important to note that he was in office for 600 days before meeting with the CBC. Nevertheless, we can’t blame neither. It is our fault for being stupid. All politicians seek to gain from our stupidity.

Hillary Clinton wanted the Black vote to continue the same useless and destructive policies of Obama. She was ignored and rejected by U.S. voters for President Trump. Now our country can survive and grow and the CBC need to meet with him.

True History of the Racist Democrats and Their Party

Hillary Clinton
You recall when Joe Biden said Mitt Romney is "going to let the big banks once again write their own rules - unchain Wall Street!" Looking around the room, Biden said in his best attempt at a Delaware drawl: "They're going to put y'all back in chains"

Biden is hardly alone. Include Hillary and other prominent Democrats also. Democrats have been lying about themselves and their opponents for so long that only a few Democrats understand the deep history of racism and mass killings by white supremacists in their own party.

Even fewer comprehend that Republicans were the liberators of the slaves and the party that fought segregation.

Brief History of the Democratic Party
Here is a brief history of the Democratic Party, not according to me, but according to one of the most distinguished liberal American historians, Eric Foner, author of "A Short History of Reconstruction."

Take note of this summation of Foner's book: "In effect, the [Ku Klux] Klan was a military force serving the interests of the Democratic Party, the planter class, and all those who desired the restoration of white supremacy.

The Klan's purposes were political in the broadest sense, for it sought to affect power relations, both public and private, throughout Southern society. It aimed to destroy the Republican Party's infrastructure, undermine the Reconstruction state, reestablish control of the black labor force and restore racial subordination in every aspect of Southern Life."

End the Democratic Control of the Black Vote
What occurs to me as I read these stunning words is how successful the Democratic Party has actually been in achieving those goals over the last 130 plus years. Today, it not only has "control of the black labor force," it has control over the black vote - the very vote it sought to deny for most of those the years after the War Between the States. This is why the late Martin Luther King Jr. was a Republican. He understood the history. He recognized who represented political allies and political foes.

Klu Klux Klan's War Against Blacks
Here's some more from Foner, who tells the story most Americans have never heard - that the Klan's war was not just against blacks, it was also against Republicans: "Violence was typically directed at Reconstructions local leaders. As Emmanuel Fortune, driven from Jackson, County, Florida, by the Klan, explained: "The object of it is to kill out the leading men of the Republican Party men who have taken a prominent stand."

• Jack Dupree was a victim of a particularly brutal murder in Monroe County, Mississippi. White assailants cut his throat and disemboweled him, all within sight of his wife, who had just given birth to twins. He was 'president of a Republican club' and known as a man who would speak his mind."

• "On occasion, violence escalated from the victimization of individuals to wholesale assaults on the Republican Party and its leadership. In October 1870, after Republicans carried Laurens County, in South Carolina's Piedmont belt, a racial altercation at Laurensville degenerated into a 'negro chase' in which bands of whites drove 150 freedmen from their homes and committed 13 murders.

The victims included the newly elected white probate judge, a black legislator and others 'known and prominent as connected with politics.'"

"Founded in 1866 as a Tennessee social club, the Ku Klux Klan spread into nearly every Southern state, launching a reign of terror' against Republican leaders black and white.

Those assassinated during the campaign included Arkansas Congressman James M. Hinds, three members of the South Carolina legislature, and several men who had served in constitutional conventions.

In Louisiana, even moderate ex-Governor Hahn by October complained that 'murder and intimidation are the order of the day in this state.' White gangs roamed New Orleans, intimidating blacks and breaking up Republican meetings. In St. Landry Parrish, a mob invaded the plantations, killing as many as 200 blacks.

Commanding Gen. Lovell Rousseau, a friend and supporter of the president, refused to take action, urging blacks to stay away from the polls for self-protection and exulting that the 'ascendance of the negro in this state is approaching its end."

Not only are today's Democrats lying about themselves and their opponents. They are telling a story that is the polar opposite of the truth and still getting away with it. Now go to Democrats Still Trying to Fool Blacks..

Illegal Immigration Impact on Black American Citizens

Illegal immigration will continue to be in the news until the issue is resolved.

Typically, the useless Congressional Black Caucus is silent on this issue and it's impact on their constituents.

They continue to be a disgrace. Nevertheless, the fault lies with their constituents who keep voting these wretched individuals into office and not holding them accountable.

Illegal Immigration and Its Impact
Here is a recent article on illegal immigration and it's impact on the employment of  Black men from the Daily Signal:

As the Trump administration tackles illegal immigration, a member of the U.S. Civil Rights Commission noted the impact on the Black community that he believes is too often ignored. “A sizable number of black men don’t have access to entry-level jobs,” Peter Kirsanow says. “Black males are more likely to experience competition from illegal immigrants,” Commissioner Peter Kirsanow told The Daily Signal.

Kirsanow, an attorney in Cleveland and former member of the National Labor Relations Board, said illegal immigration is both a short-term and long-term problem for young Black males.
“What happens is you eliminate the rungs on the ladder because a sizable number of Black men don’t have access to entry-level jobs,” Kirsanow said. “It is not just the competition and the unemployment of blacks. It also depresses the wage levels.”
Black Men Hurt by Illegal Labor Competition
A U.S. Civil Rights Commission study in 2010 determined immigration had a disproportionate impact on Black Americans, but the study didn’t distinguish illegal immigration from legal. The findings came through various field hearings with experts. “About six in 10 adult Black males have a high school diploma or less, and Black men are disproportionately employed in the low-skilled labor market, where they are more likely to be in labor competition with immigrants,” the commission report says.

The report continues:
Illegal immigration to the United States in recent decades has tended to depress both wages and employment rates for low-skilled American citizens, a disproportionate number of whom are black men. Expert economic opinions concerning the negative effects range from modest to significant. Those panelists that found modest effects overall nonetheless found significant effects in industry sectors such as meatpacking and construction.

A 2012 Census Bureau report found more than half of American-born Blacks did not continue their education beyond high school, while the rate was even higher for foreign-born Hispanics.

Kirsanow noted that the Bureau of Labor Statistics found that the labor force participation rate for people with less than a high school diploma is 46 percent, which he argues means there is no shortage of low-skilled workers in the United States. The labor force participation rate for those with a college degree is 73.8 percent.

The NAACP, the nation’s leading Black civil rights group, did not respond to The Daily Signal for this story. However, the organization has supported immigration reform that would provide legal status to illegal immigrants.
Moreover, an NAACP action alert cited research that increased immigration was actually helpful to the Black community. After the Senate passed a 2013 amnesty bill, the group’s statement said:
Comprehensive immigration reform must focus on the basic American principles of preserving family unity, opposing wasteful spending, and protecting and promoting human and civil rights, human dignity, and fairness. It must also be very aware of the economic impact any new policies will have on the American people: that is why the NAACP was pleased to learn of studies which have found that more often than not, Latino immigrants and African-Americans fill complementary roles in the labor market. The study, by the Immigration Policy Center released in June of this year concludes that in metropolitan statistical areas, the increase of the Latino immigrant experience significantly raises wages, lowers unemployment, and elevates job creation for African-Americans.
The Immigration Policy Center is a research arm of the American Immigration Council, an immigrants’ rights advocacy group.

Congressional Black Caucus Lack of Response
The Congressional Black Caucus also did not respond to inquiries from The Daily Signal. However, the group of African-American House members, all Democrats, has previously supported comprehensive immigration reform proposals, stating on its website:
Members of the Congressional Black Caucus unanimously support Comprehensive Immigration Reform legislation that provides a path to citizenship for millions of immigrants currently living in America and particularly for the more than 3 million immigrants of African descent.
Kirsanow contends that certain politicians and advocacy groups are more concerned with advancing the Democratic Party.
“Some people are putting party preference over the needs of their constituents,” he said. “The [Congressional Black Caucus] styles themselves as protecting and enhancing the interest of black Americans. The problem is that black workers are being ignored. So, there is another agenda at work.”

As I said in a previous post, politicians are not our leaders, they are our representatives. If you are led by a politician, raise your hand. I'll acknowledge you and ask you, "are you capable of thinking for your self". It's time to do so.
